These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and n9995 (hereinafter "n9995", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://n9995.cam and all associated services, products and features offered thereon.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

n9995 operates as an online sports betting and casino platform targeting adult users. The Platform covers cricket (including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports markets, together with live dealer casino, slots, table games, esports and instant games. All balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created on the Platform by an individual User.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds credited to a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements and offer terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the User from their own financial resources.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a stake placed by a User on an outcome offered by the Platform, whether in the sports betting or casino verticals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the operator to confirm a User's identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which account balances and transaction amounts are denominated on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the n9995 website at https://n9995.cam and all associated services.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Registration and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a corporate or commercial entity;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where accessing this Platform would expose you or the operator to legal liability;
• You have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements;
• You do not hold an existing Account on n9995 under any name or identifier;
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from this Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration

To access betting and gaming features on n9995, you must create a single registered Account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is true and accurate at the time of submission and undertake to keep it current.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

n9995 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Acceptable documents typically include, but are not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; and proof of address issued within the preceding three months.

Withdrawal processing will not commence until KYC verification is successfully completed. Delays caused by a User's failure to provide requested documentation promptly are solely the User's responsibility. n9995 shall not be liable for any losses arising from KYC-related processing delays.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify n9995 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. n9995 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

5.1 Deposits

All funds deposited to your n9995 Account must be sourced exclusively from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Platform does not accept cash deposits. Payment methods listed in the cashier — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar references only. Actual availability is subject to operator configuration and applicable provider terms at the time of transaction. No gambling endorsement or support by those providers is implied.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and any applicable provider-side delays.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in your own name that match your verified KYC identity. The Platform reserves the right to return a withdrawal to the original deposit source where applicable. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier.

n9995 makes no guarantees regarding specific withdrawal processing times. Actual timescales depend on the operator's review queue, the chosen payment method, applicable KYC status, and any wagering conditions on bonus funds. Users should contact support if a withdrawal remains pending beyond the stated processing estimate.

5.3 Unclaimed Balances

n9995 reserves the right to apply an inactivity handling procedure to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period, in accordance with the operator's inactive account policy. Users will be notified prior to any balance adjustment arising from account inactivity.

n9995 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentive structures to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the individual offer page:

• Each offer is available only to the eligible user category specified (e.g., new registrants, existing users, specific geographic profile);
• One account per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies to all promotional claims;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and minimum odds conditions are stated on each offer;
• Offers have defined expiry periods. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain when an offer expires will be removed from the Account;
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued;
• n9995 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where the Platform reasonably believes bonus abuse, multi-accounting or any form of fraudulent exploitation has occurred.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A sports wager is accepted and becomes binding only when the Platform confirms receipt and the relevant event has not yet commenced (except for live/in-play markets where the bet is placed during the event). n9995 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has generated materially incorrect odds.

7.2 Odds

All odds on n9995 are presented in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. The operator's margins are an inherent component of all published odds.

7.3 Event Cancellations & Voids

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the applicable completion threshold for settlement, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned to the User's account balance. Specific rules for cricket, PSL T20, ICC events, football, UFC and other sports are detailed in the Platform's sports-specific rules section accessible within the Platform.

7.4 In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are updated in real time during events including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL T20 fixtures and football. The operator reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including where connectivity issues, data feed disruptions or integrity concerns are identified. Bets placed and confirmed before suspension remain valid.

7.5 Palpable Errors

n9995 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were clearly incorrect as a result of a technical or human error ("palpable error"), regardless of whether the wager has been confirmed. Affected stakes will be returned to the User's account.

All casino and games titles available on n9995 — including slots, live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), table games, and instant games — operate under the rules set by the respective game provider. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

RTP (Return to Player): Each game carries a theoretical RTP percentage as set by the game provider. RTP values represent long-term statistical return rates and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual session.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, n9995 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stake placed. Any display error resulting in an incorrect jackpot or win figure being shown does not entitle the User to any amount beyond the correct calculated win.

Progressive Jackpots: Where progressive jackpot games are offered, jackpot amounts displayed are indicative only and represent the current accumulated pool. Payment of jackpot amounts is subject to the game provider's verification process and the Platform's KYC requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on n9995:

• Opening more than one Account per individual, household or IP address;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any other stage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in breach of offer terms;
• Colluding with other users in sports betting or live dealer games;
• Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud or any other criminal offence;
• Depositing funds sourced from third parties or proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which wagers are placed;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is explicitly prohibited.

Where n9995 determines or reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, void affected wagers, and permanently close the Account. n9995 further reserves the right to report relevant conduct to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the n9995 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, data compilations, and game content provided under licence — is the intellectual property of n9995 or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or any commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of n9995.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n9995 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected.

n9995 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect service availability. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, n9995's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that User in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n9995 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered adult users, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Maximum acceptable loss thresholds per defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts at chosen time intervals;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or indefinite exclusion from the Platform.

These tools are available without the requirement to contact customer support. Users are encouraged to configure limits before commencing play. 13.1 User-Initiated Closure

A User may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting n9995 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Real-money balances remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

13.2 Operator-Initiated Termination

n9995 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed KYC requirements, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, account balances may be withheld pending investigation or regulatory reporting.

n9995 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will endeavour to notify Users by posting a notice on the Platform and/or by email to the registered account address. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are reminded that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — applies regardless of the governing law of these Terms. n9995 does not represent that these Terms override applicable local law in any jurisdiction where a User is located.
